Default Which on3 turbos?

Should I go with twin 61mm or twin 55mm? Motor is a 5.3, 1+3/4 inch turbo forward headers Don't have the cam yet because I don't know which turbos and it will have an intercooler. I'm ready to buy now, I just want a little advice before I pay for them

61's spool fast especially with a .68 exhaust housing so I wouldn't let that worry you.

Slow sedan, I see you are in northern VA, do you know of a good tuner, I'm in southern MD near MIR and I'm new to the area. I can't find much on a google search and when I search in here everything is old

The thought of 67mm's did cross my mind, I'm new to the whole LS Turbo thing, my thought process was to try and build boost earlier rather later and not rev the motor to high next step is to order a cam for my set up

I am aware of a guy that had twin Precision 66 CEAs on a 5.3, in a big old buick. It was not a fast spooler, but wasn't terrible either. Made about 1K hp, when turned right up. He backed it off to about 750 to save drive train components, was using it with a 60e.

I've got a pretty robust th400 from ATI, I do need a new converter, and definitely need to ditch the 4.10 gears for something probably in the 3.50 range with a 28 inch tire, I'll do that after I get the car running under its own power though

Unfortunately for as many LS vehicles that are around here their is limited support for tuning them. What is your setup and what ECM are you running? I help out local guys with HPT and Holley and I frequent MIR when the weather is nice.
