Default Help with a build

Hello Everyone I just joined this forum hoping to find some help on my build. I am building a Twin turbo lsx engine that will be going in a old jet boat. Im shooting for about 1500hp tops when I need it and 800-900 when putting around the river. I have a AEM infinity ecu and ID1700 injectors. This will run on pump and race gas no e85. I also will be using some Garrett GTX3582r gen 2 turbos. There a bit on the small side but i want my power come on fast. I need help with the bottom end. What do I need to reliably hold this. I will be using Carrillo rods and CP pistons but not sure about the crankshaft and block. Im thinking LSX block and a callies dragon slayer, magnum or billet crank. Also not sure what my bore and stroke should be. Im thinking 4.125 bore and 3.8 stroke. Also not sure if I should run a tall deck and get longer rods. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What make is the boat and jet and have you had jet boats before?

It is a 1986 Wilder craft. I owned a POS witchcraft that did about 55 mph with a 455.

What jet pump is in it? Know any of the specs?

The boat and pump are at gs marine getting an inducer and stainless impeller plus the works. Not sure what impeller. The pump itself is a old dominator. Im having them set it up for 1000hp around 6200. I plan to max out around 7500 rpm leaving some extra room. I don't know if I'll ever turn it up that high depends on how it feels.

I'm pretty much starting from scratch. I just did a full 180 on my original plan. I have a rock crawler with a 6.0 with prc 2.5 heads eagle rods and 11:1 mahale pistons and cam. I pulled the motor was going to put a couple turbos on it and a bigger fuel system and try to make 1000hp but then I got paranoid of it grenading at big mph and decided to do it rite. So now I have a fuel system and a couple turbos. I own a utv performance shop and am a cp/Carrillo distributor and know those are tough parts so they will make me what ever rods and pistons I come up with. I need a block and crank first but not sure what bore and stroke to make it. Also not sure if I need a billet crank.

Seems, by your choice of turbo, that you're not afraid to drop some coin on the project. Personally, I'd stick with the standard 6.0l bore and stroke dimensions. If I had the cash to spare, I'd be shopping for an aftermarket aluminum block, RHS perhaps. If not that much money, LSX or similar.

For my boat project (v-drive) I decided to go the route of disposable engines and am only shooting for 800 FWHP.

Have you ever been in a fast boat that's the same size?

I am getting a aftermarket block. Probably the lsx block but not 100%. Id love to have a aluminum one but there double the price. Fastest boat I have ever been in was a 700hp gullwing. Got me hooked. My goal is to be able to adjust my power on the dash from 700-1500hp. Not sure if I will ever have the ***** to turn it all the way up but you never know. Im in san diego.
