Well it finally happened after 7 years I finally started my nova yesterday.

Twin precision 46 mm wastegate gates

Treadstone air to air intercooler
Holley hp efi

Aem meth injection
Trans is a D&D built t56 6 speed

From what I can see the boost controller should work.

it's a Chinese ls3 sheet metal intake....so far I don't like it. I'm mean it looks nice and performance numbers I saw off builds were good but it's noisey....it's like a tuning fork you can hear everything resonate threw it , place your hand on it and quiets down. We will see once I get some road time with it

My truck intake resonates noise too. I need more insulation on my firewall. Be interesting to see how the intake does on the pump. Be sure to post up some results. If it makes good power, cool. If it doesn't, blame the intake.

Yes it is....from what I can tell it works well ....once engine I'd up to temp and fans kick on the intercooler and charge tube is cool to touch...

I have the shorter version of that same intercooler on my Nova and it works great. With my 16" spal puller running, it'll suck a dollar bill to the grill. Not much restriction as far as airflow goes. Most I've seen is a 30 degree rise in the 1/8 starting with IATs at around 100 and at 17 psi. Yours should do better.

No its the tvr25-0, initially I was worried the radiator wouldn't get enough air flow but seems to work perfectly....real test will be when warm weather arrives

Yes, mine has the shorter core and my tanks cover the radiator. I've got an inch of space between the radiator and intercooler and it'll run at whatever temp I want based on thermostat and fan control. I have my fan on at 195 and off at 190 and it stays right there no matter how hot it is outside and we see summer temps in the 90s. I tried settng it to turn off at 185, but I think it was too close the the tstat closing and it wouldn't shut the fan off because it couldn't drop below the tstat temp. DUH!

Thanks...
I own a body collision ,towing and a mechanical shop but it's tough working on your own stuff at work when work space is a at a premium... so this past summer I put up a new 24x40 /3 Bay at my house. This is hot rod only territory no customer stuff. Kinda nice I go home lock my self in the garage with the hot rods ...no phones, customers or people bugging me ....haha..
