Got a really good deal on a combination of parts and not sure if they will work together and if yes how much power to expect and if not I can sell and get proper pieces.

05, lq4 took apart and everything looked good inside. Will keep this

BW s400s turbo. Part # 171702.
Comp cams 54-000-11 dur@.050 int 227 exh 231 lobe sep 114.0 int. 623 lift exh 598 lift.
Tooley spring kit. .660 lift 155lbs @ 1.780 400lbs @ 1.070 with retainers shims locators locks and seals.
Comp cams 7.400 pushrods

Well what do you think? Did I get lucky?

IMO bigger turbo or smaller cam, measure for pushrod acceptability

i just looked up that turbo ---75/96---yikes i think thats for a diesel generator or some sort of constant load application?

In the tradition of Sloppy Mechanics Matt would say go big like the VS Racing Billet S480 turbo, this is what he told me. also was suggested this cam from LIL John.

Also some free advise for you is make sure you have the ring gap correct for your power level

We all can learn from others mistakes.

Since when is a s475 And a Cam that is damn near a BTR stg 2 turbo cam bad combo? People recommending a Chinese version of his turbo and the same cam lmao.

The specs are scewed on the bw. The 75/96 is the standard s475. They use the turbine induced, not the exducer for measurement. So it's more like a 7588 iirc. Would be the same vs 80mm, just an 8088

so can i start putting this together and make 600-700 rwhp with this setup? i already ordered arp head studs and rod bolts, clevite main and rod bearings, ls9 head gaskets and everything else from gm(gaskets seals main bolts etc...)

I noticed that too.
Not a single person asked him what his goals were, primary usage, fuel, etc.

They jumped straight on the VS 80mm/LJMS Stage 2 bandwagon, because cookie cutter builds are a thing now.

I will use 93 octane. Its going in a 67 camaro. I will take to the track, would like to get into tbe 9's if possible. And have fun on tbe street

I have a 4l80e also and maybe down the road a t56
