My problem is I keep getting a error light on the shift light I purchased. I try programming the number of cycles and all I get is the error. What the deal with Harlan why won't he response? Its been over 2 month now? Did something happen?

I have been waiting 6 weeks for a window switch. He will not answer emails or PM's. I sent an email today to try and cancel my order. At this point I just want my money back!!!

hey guys, the best advice i can give you is send him a email, and an occasional message on here, As everyone know Harlan works numerous hours and is out of town all the time for Gm. But he really is a honest guy. i hate to see people bash him, since hes building these thing in his free time, probably more as a favor to fellow racers than for the money. His stuff is top notch.
Good Luck

He may do this in his spare time but when he takes money it becomes a buisness. He states 14 day lead time on his web site and 6 weeks is a little long. I wish he had said "6 weeks plus" on his web site. Then I could have gotten it from someone else. 14 days sounded reasonable so I sent the money.
Now I regret being patient because Pay Pal says that since I waited more then 30 days to contact them, I have no recourse except to try and get my product or money from Harlan. I want to order a MSD switch but don't want 2 switches. I wish he would return my emails so I could decide what to do.

I understand being busy but how long does it take to reply to an E-mail? I've tried E-mailing and posting messages. I figured he was an honest guy that is why I have been so patient. By the time I get a response the part won't be under warranty.

I finally got an answer from Harland. No, not and email or PM, he refunded my money (I asked him to cancel my order)! But something else happened that was amazing. I ordered a window switch from Summit Racing and you won't believe what happened. It showed up the next day! WOW! This is an increadable concept. You pay for something and it shows up. I need to do more research on this concept.

I have 2 two steps and 1 shift light on order for awhile now. I did know that it would take awhile though. Harlan is a bad *** IMO. Keep up the good work. I know you are busy just like everyone else.
