Supercharging my 07 Z06
I have a stock z06 and I am considering having a blower installed but would like some help figuring out the best route for me.
So far I am torn between the A&A kit and a Procharger. Also would like to do aftermarket heads since my heads are still factory and dropping a valve is stuck in the back of my mind and a cam to help squeeze out a little more power without having to run to much boost on the stock bottom.
My goal is mid to high 6XXwhp on 93 with potentially going e85 down the road.
Any help is much appreciated!
Also, if anyone knows of a shop in south GA that would give me a good out the door price on all the parts and install that would be great!

1. A&A vs Procharger is up to you. I don't have any experience with A&A. Procharger has probably made a hundred times more units than they have. Bob @ Brute Speed might give you a killer deal on a Procharger assuming he has them for a C6Z
2. The issue with dropping valves in LS7 heads is due to the exhaust valves. Replacing them is way cheaper than replacing the heads. You certainly don't need the extra head flow.
3. Your bottom end doesn't care how much boost you run. 800 ft-lbs is 800 ft-lbs. It doesn't matter if its on no boost, 5 PSI, or 50 PSI. There isn't any additional stress at a given power/torque because of a different amount of boost.
