Good budget 44mm wastegate
What budgets 44mm wastegate a has everyone had good luck with? Also, keep in mind eBay is out for me, no account. I've seen a couple of tial mvr style knockoffs.
I'm pretty sure I need to go with a 44mm gate. Gonna run a 7875 turbo on a 5.3 with an auto. Wanting to run only 10psi on a street tune, turn it up for the track. Can I get away with a 38? Placement is on a log, right before the t4 flange.

I've had good luck with the EMUSA and the VS gates.
The VS is a bit nicer and comes with all stainless components. The spring seat thing and flange that cam with my EMUSA gates were not stainless and got very rusty.

I'm running twin Wynntom 44mm gates. After chasing a non related boost creep issue, i was actually able to machine the setup to the same specs as a Precision 46mm gate
I can make a full 1/4 pass at 5psi with a V2 race cover billet s480

What kind of "budget"?
A china gates a china gate IMO. The vendor selling it doesn't really matter. quality control is hit or miss with all of them. Take them all apart initially, inspect, lap, lube and reassemble with loctite. They they tend to work reasonably well if you do.

I had luck with the Wyntonm gates a while back. Also used a no name knock off from ebay (44mm) that lasted 4 years and never gave me an issue. i also never disassembled and lubed or anything. I was very very happy. It was like 80 bucks shipped at the time (8-10 years ago)
