Default Steer tire offset with front runners

Wasn't going to, but I'm going to go ahead and put front runners on the car to complete the track setup.... the mismatched wheels just drive me crazy, even if it's purely for function. So to keep from making the same mistake and getting the wrong offset like I did with the rear (wheels for sale btw 15 miles on them), what offset are you guys with front runners using? Pics if you have them.

15x4 1.75 backspace on the fronts. You will also need to run a spacer & longer studs to clear the brakes. Thats if you're getting the same style wheel you had on the back

Nice, so by trying to use front runners....that eliminates a simple swap between track wheels and street wheels. Nothing is ever straight forward.

Would going to a 17" wheel on the front clear the brakes? Then you wouldn't need the spacer. They make a 17x4 front wheel that matches the one you have on the rear.

Good tip, this is what I did. The 17" also handles better than the 15" I had before and for such a skinny tire it's good to have some handling.

Depending on the wheel style, my race star wheels have a little thicker wheel mounting surface and use a shank style lug nut

Depending on your tech guys, nhra says the wheel stud must stick the diameter beyond the bottom of the hex of the lug nut itself
