Titanium travel limiter finally came in. Under a pound for both. The last thing I need to install to have the roller completely done. Taking to paint in 3 weeks then assemble and wiring to be running. Then interior which I hope goes pretty quick.

Finally got the brake done and the rear wheels back on. Got to get it as a roller before paint. The rear area is all done but re-installing the ARB. Been almost a year since the rear wheels were on.

Well, almost traded car away.on something I really wanted. Then I started checking my stuff over for the exchange and found one of the shock adj. Now was free twisting and not adjusting. So, I decided to keep it. I didnt want to do a trade and my **** become someone's else's. Hell, it was a new shock so i started thinking what if the turbo or something else ends up bad. So, if i ever do get rid of it it will be running and driving without issues.
But, once its together it would be hard to part with.

Well, going to try and get the wing done while it's in paint. I use to build them years ago on the side. Anyways I had to get the jigs dusted off. I forgot how heavy they were.
I am going to make it a 3in arc in the rear and scalloped in the front.
Sand the edges, then flip and put in the jig for the wicker brackets.
Holes in and centered 1/2in back and sanded flush top and bottom
Brackets are perfectly flush in all holes. I will drill the second hole after the wicker bill is perfectly flush. It take a bit of twisting to get the wicker to sit flush without any gap along the edge.
Pic shows the scallops i still have to cut. The the holes places. May get it done tomorrow in between moving. Cutting them by hand takes a while.

Got the scallops done and all the rivet holes punch going to wait on bending it up and cutting it out till I can put it on the car. I cant do the sides anyway because i am doing a LARGE wicker bill for no prep and need to mock them up on the car.
