Sorry hadn't been back on here. As to power I don't know.

At 7500rpm on 25psi it is using 1050lb/hr on e80ish

The car is right around 3250lbs with me in it depending on fuel load

The setup is a 390inch LSX based. It is a winberg crank,Oliver rod, racetec piston. With the tfs 255 LS3 head on top. 1.80glide, 3.27 8.8 in back. 94mm gt55 turbo

just in big rough numbers that seems like ~1500hp and that car probably weighs 2900lbs I'd guess. So gnarly. I love the videos of the dog riding shotgun at 150mph all non chalant too. LOL
The dog has learned to accept it. She knows that is the only way to the farm so hops in haha

All the data you’ve collected and changes you’ve made based on that data shows you know what the hell you’re doing and how to get the most out of what you have. And I have a feeling that will continue. No exaggeration here friend.

Alright add to this some with updates

Big change is I have went from a HP to a dominator, and have front and rear wheel speeds and my own TC

This has made the car almost impossible to mess up a run. You could throw anyone it it and they could flat foot it at any speed no worries

The TC obviously won't make you any faster, but crazy consistent and hard to muff

The setup is built to limit and clamp a set slip, and it does this very well

On my car with the nitto if you can keep the slip percentage around 10 or less..... the acceleration really doesn't suffer at all, beyond that, yes

Here is example of it riding the TC, can see all the important information and how well it works

And just for fun, not much overall boost but aggressive enough curve. The road was damp one morning. I was WOT all they way through that, couldn't believe it could do that

Here is where I got to on the dig stuff, I could get better if I put more power in on top, but fairly happy

Accomplished just like this example. No burnout just stop, brake and go

This was to a bit over 120 by itself,

After i had the dig sorted well I layed off it so I wasn't on the 2step and tbrake every single time, so went back to optimizing 60-130

This is about all the car has in it on the current tire. I am limiting the power all the way till just over 120mph here, 24psi

60-100 is the hard part for a rwd setup, that is the key

I could put more power in up top but nothing to really be gained in that last blip

The G trace tells the story. It's the key. Power is building the whole time to hold the G flat and once boost peaks is when it starts dropping

At the end of the year I put some more boost in up top for a couple hits because I really wanted a 2 second 100-150 on the street. 26psi from 125 on

Ok here is something interesting as well I did for fun

The car was completely sorted and at a 3.90 tune (100% chance of the nittos doing it every time)

I had a set of fresh Mickey etr, same size

I bolted them on everything else identical....

I the TC could barely keep the car inline, black tracking..... 4.2 was the best they could yield and by 3 hits they where worthless from the balling

Here is the condition after 3 hits.

Yeah huge rambling post sorry, lol

Should mention too that I have some friends with big power 1300-1500whp, that are setup similar now and are also into the 3s on the street with the nittos. One was a huge Mickey pro guy and laughed at nittos. And the pros wouldn't touch what the car does now. And no buying tires monthly

Are you using Holley's new TC box or did you make your own Advanved ICF?

I always tell my buddies I race with to get a vbox to help them hook and apply power but no one ever listens.

That said, I got a bit over 5000 hard miles out of my last set of Nittos. Hooked like trash when the centers started to wear, but were great up until then. New set was mounted yesterday, can't wait to try them out.

What size nitto do you run? I thought about trying the 325/50r15 on mine. I'd love to get some miles on a set of tires. I got 1000 out of my mickeys and like 500 out of the Hoosiers. Literally a waste of money!

Just realized I already asked that question in this thread 2 years ago lol. I might as well try them. Worst case I hate um and switch back in a couple months which is how long mickeys last anyways.

Question for you: at my local track we aren't allowed to use aftermarket TC boxes or anything like that aside from a 2step. I've got a parocharged m6 car. Do you still recommend the nittos? I read somewhere you said they dont like being shocked, would they be okay from a dig without fancy computer work? Or should i grab something else?
