Default Turbo exhaust header studs or bolts

To bolt the exhaust manifolds to the head. Studs or arp bolts.

I run Studs. Waaay easier to bolt manifolds on, remove, etc.

As long as your motor mounts are solid or a stiff poly, the bolts should be less likely to shear the heads off. Studs are more durable with softer motor mounts.

I buy socket head bolts from McMaster that are the correct length to reach the bottom of the holes in the head. I feel like the correct length bolt is a critical detail, especially in a turbo application. It's cheap too.

Just worried about leaking under pressure and breaking like stock ones

I always use whatever works best for each hole, there are a couple where getting a nut on a stud is easier than a bolt, and others where the studs are in the way.. At a bare minimum just for convenience I put 2 studs in to help me line everything up.. (Gasket and manifold and whatever else shares the fasteners..

if the stock ones are leaking or breaking, it's down to the user, not the parts.

This topic is absolutely dependent on the specific application. I have seen many instances where there just did not exist enough clearance to put headers on over studs, so bolts were required. If this is not the case, I prefer studs.
