I knew there would prob be some rests., but at my power level should be ok-I orig was going to run the Holley 1800 pump, but wanted to save some money, remember that one, lol.
The manifold is from Fahler Speed & Perf. in PA. He makes a run of them, takes a while. I kind of liked the KB Racing one I had before, but this was cheaper, lol.
The bottom hose was a NAPA 8996, I just cut a little off one end. The top hose is a NAPA 8272, I had to cut it in half, twist it where I want it, use a 1 1/4" conn. Prob a better fitting one but I got tired of looking, lol.

Thanks for the part numbers. I'll probably end up using that lower hose.

A little more work, had to refill my welding tanks, so don't have to worry about running out. Finished up the rear susp., I used the POL rear shock relocation kit, but with the 9" 3 1/4 axle housing, I couldn't use the shock plate, so I cut it up and welded it on to my plate. I looked in my Monroe book and found a 55-57 chevy shock would work. Ran my fuel return lines, flex fuel sen., mounted the reg, mounted the radiator, fans, IC'er for a final fit. Finished up the 4L80E trans, put it on a buddies dyno, so I know it works before install. Waiting on parts, some stuff will have to wait for the front fenders/inner fender wells so I know where some stuff will go. Pretty much on schd. for April 1 fire up if not b4, wanted to go into March with most of the major mech. stuff done. So I am close, but always something slips by, lol

Got a lot done on the Nova, some days the brain doesn't work so I do simple stuff, on the days its clickin I keep at it, lol
Pulled the starter apart and greased the gears, helps it spin over, finished all the IC'er pipes, finished the crossover pipes, have the 4" down to the trans cross member, debating on running it out or switching to 2-2.5" pipes. I think if I use a 4" oval where the pass. floor drops down I could run a single, and get it over the rear and behind the tire. If I did 2-2.5 I can run one to the DS right behind the cross member. Might make it quieter with duals, gonna think on it. Got the trans in, had a spare driveshaft cut (3.5" w/1350 joints) installed that. Mounted the trans cooler under the front, seem to work ok there, done it a few times before. Orig. was going to use the spacer with the curved FW,
But it was to tight, bottoming out in the crank, so said the hell with it, over budget anyway, lol, bought the 80E FW, spacer, bolts, all well now.

Not a lot of visual progress, made a mount for the shifter, with a bench seat, you try and find that happy medium. I did experiment making an ext. to the shift lever, def like how it felt, and didn't really add to the throw much-I'll have a buddy machine one for me. I like the B & M Pro Ratchets, but they never seem to get it right with matching all the gears on 80E trans. Getting a lot done on the wiring, might test the fuel pumps this weekend, look for leaks, program the Holley, and the MSD trans controller. Had a couple warm days, so I swapped out fuel tanks for the garage, been waiting for it to empty. Now today were getting 8-10" of snow, March 21, who knew, lol.

Doing a lot of wiring, this time trying to make it neat as opposed to just hooking everything up and making it tidy later (which never happens, lol)
Couple days laying under the dash, I needed a break, so worked on the exhaust. Going with the 4" and splitting it to 2-2.5" duals. I ordered a Jegs
box full of bends, etc (20% off today), that should give me enough stuff to complete the whole system. I will 45 off the 4" to 3" adapter to the pass side. Prob not ideal, using some old mufflers I have, prob change them later. Just need something to fire it up, might happen this weekend.

I’m doing a gen 1 fbody camaro, same subframe as yours.
I have the fahler turbo log also but mine didn’t fit my car.
I do have the holly swap kit with the one piece plates.
The 90* going up to the t4 flange, hits the A arm bolt going across that mounts the a arm to the frame.
It’s clocked about 1” too much counter clockwise.
It also hits the inner fender and I have a 73 turbo.
Have you made sure the inner fender hits and how close is your 90* on the log to the a arm mount?

I actually cut the turbo mount off and welded it back at an angle closer to the engine to clear the inner fender well. I cut out a small area on the manifold to help clear the control arm cross shaft, plus ground some on the shaft. I think I ended up with about 1/2" clearance, once all the weight is on it and the spring height is final, i'll see how it adjusts.
The big problem was getting a D/S manifold, ended up with one from an LS 3 crate engine, and a little grinding. As I said elsewhere here, the KB manifold have been a better fit, some here used them on Nova's. But its what I had, lol. The Holley mounts did allow lots of room for a 4L80E trans, so I ended up with a good driveline angle.

Is the blue line the oil drain? Looks like it slopes uphill. If it slopes uphill it won’t drain properly, must be downhill the whole way.

Once I secure it, it will be all downhill. Was kind of limited on where I could put it-once the frontend is on, things could change.
Got enough wiring done where I could load the Holley HP with the program.
Also programmed the MSD trans controller, so when its time hopefully everything will work as it should. The program is from my Buick, it allowed everything that was the same to be already set, just use the same wire colors, makes life simple.

I talked to fahler and he’s going to make me another mani, but with the 90* moved clock wise a bit to put the flange about 1.5” more to clear everything. I don’t know if you knew he would do that.
Do you have any pics of what you did to the turbo mani?
Any pics of the driver side setup also?
What’s your crossover piping size? 2”, 2.25 or 2.5?

I don't know if I have pics up on this sight of what I did-I think I am using 2.5" cross over, that what he gives you (v clamp). I was going to let him know what I did to make it work, give him some suggestions, never got around to it. Just easier for me to make it fit, lol.

Your lucky you can tig weld, I bought me a tig setup, but I’m not good enough to trust my work on a log for long term.

Well, no fire up yet, maybe in a week-started on the exhaust, thought I had some straight pieces, but didn't-wasn't really feeling it anyway, lol.
Been thinking how I could mod the grill bracket since its in the way of the intercooler, came up with this idea. Dug thru the scrap, found enough stuff to try it. once I cut the bottom section off it will still be supported. I might add a couple gussets for extra strength. Want to get the front end back on, so I knocked out the DS fender, had a tiny bit of rust, so I welded in a patch. Debating on mufflers, use the junk I have or get some straight thrus.
Prefer it to be quite, maybe just having duals will help.
