thanks man. Lol I actually bought the whole front clip from a out of state buddy. He was going with a new setup, so he ended up selling this setup to me. I had to grab it lol I literally have tonsssss of space up front.

I don't but you can contact him through yellowbullet. Looks like G&B Race Craft is doing the chassis work according to the post.
I have a 2000 S10 Xtreme daily driver isn't near your level but it's fun and I can drive it cross country if I wanted to. It's just running a LSA supercharger 6.0 6-speed Holley EFI. https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...ercharged.html

My other project will also be a truck, 1951 five window Chevy with a roots blown 408 and 4l80e, That's the one that is only going to built to go as fast as possible from point A to B. Other than the stock iron block everything else is aftermarket. Billet mains, Callies rotating assembly CNC AFR heads and a 8-71 Blower on top with 16 injector plate and a birdcatcher, Also Holley EFI.
Between your build and the one I linked I think I have a direction I want to go with the chassis.

Judging from the response I got a few years back when I opened up the turbo GTO on that road beside the Talmadge store, they may all cream their shorts when you drive this build back to Summit.

7 Stage Dailey Dry Sump came in.. I also was able to make a make shift turbo mount to get the Turbos symmetrical in the grill as I have to change the hotside piping a bit because of the TiaL Vband Stainless Exhaust Housings. Found an old crossmember, drilled a few holes in it, and it works perfect. These suckers are heavy!!

I will never understand people running turbos with no filter or at least screens. Aside from teh fact that those impellers would slice someone finger right off (someone is always stupid enough to do it) what about like a plastic bag? Or a bird? Imagine ingesting a small bird at full tilt? It would be hilariously expensive.

Lol at the floor jack on the snow covered driveway. OP is rock hard on getting this thing done. Nice work.

I have experience with 2 checkered racing rear clips
Both were customer supplied
I wouldn't use one again
they're cheap for a reason
if you've already purchased it tell me your thoughts on the driveshaft loop
or the 4 link brackets or the supplied 4 link bars or heims
nice main rails though

ah, what didn’t you like about them? I was going to go with a S&W 4-Link initially, but was told to steer clear of them. Just curious

I bought and installed their loop and worked out great for me, What issues did you have with it?
As far as the back half kits are concerned they seem to sell a bunch of them, You're the first person I've heard say they don't like them. I was going to use their kit on my S10 but ended up just moving the stock rails in. My next build was going to get their kit but now I'm thinking about using a tubular setup like I posted earlier in this thread.

Ron_Stoppable, That dry sump looks like jewelry to me, I've always been a sucker for raw aluminum parts

No sure about Checkered but the S&W clips are junk.

I have a feeling OP may not have been happy with the quality of the supporting components.

Any rear clip with frame rails that are wrinkled in the bends are no good. They look like garbage after all that hard work.

I have used a few Art Morison rear clips and the money spent was worth it. I Typically use my own 4 link brackets though.

I have seen and used a few of there products before too, just never used there clips before

I do however like the rear tube clips most companies offer. They just weren't availibe when I started my personal car.

Checkered Racings parts look pretty nice. I've seen the in person at a few events they had booths at and in a few cars.

I would order it with a watts link myself, I like to turn corners as well as go straight.
