Default “The S-2000” 2000hp S10 Xtreme 427” Twin 88mm

Been awhile since I’ve done an actual build thread. Other than building cars, my favorite thing to do is take pictures. So I figured I’d share with you guys.. This is my Truck I’ve been building for the last year or so..

Around September/October of 2016, I started the search for a Single cab S10 Xtreme. After searching High and Low, I finally found one. The truck was a super clean 2003 2.2 Cylinder/5 Speed Black Single cab S10 Xtreme. It’s been garage kept majority of its existence lol, picked it up for $2000. SCOREEEE
Daily Drove the truck around for about a month.. then the disassembly began.
Picked up an entire tubular front clip/ Core Support for the truck. You can get a jist of how it’ll look in the pics.

The truck has a custom Tubular front clip/front frame rails and opens up ALOT of free space...I also Got the truck all stripped out as It’s getting a 25.3 Cage. I actually stripped all of the OEM wiring out of it aswell. I’m going to run a Boost Leash Street/Strip electrical board and re-wire everything from scratch, Which should clean it up a lot for this little Street Truck!

The build literally started because I just decided to jump in my truck one late November Saturday morning and drive down to summit in Ohio and Buy an LSX block. LOL I kid you NOT! Gotta start somewhere right!?
So the drivetrain combo consists of....
427 LSX Built by Billy Briggs
HIP’d Casting Trickflow 245 Heads
Diamond Billet Pistons
Callies Ultra Billet I beams
Sonny Bryant Billet CCW Crankshaft /w REM finish
Crower Stainless Adjustable Rockers
LJMS Solid Roller Cam
Dailey Engineering 7 Stage Billet Dry Sump System
Jesel Belt Drive
Cam Driven Waterman 23gpm Fuel pump (Alcohol)
Aeromotive Belt Drive fuel pump (E85)
Billet Atomizer 800lb Injectors (Alcohol)
Moran Billet Atomizer 235lb (E85)
Reid Racing 1.80 StraightCut Powerglide
PTC Converter
Twin Forced Inductions Garrett 88mm Turbos (GTR-5088s)
Twin PTE 66mm Wastegates
Holley Dominator EFI
Holley Highram

Theres much more, just too much to remember. The truck will be running a Dual Fuel System (16 Injectors) with No Intercooler. The fuel systems are completely divorced from each other.
E85 on the street for Lower Boost, then M1/M5 Alcohol when I turn it up. I still need to send the Intake manifold in to be modified for the additional 8 injects though.

I received my double beadlocks from Weld Racing and mannnnn was it worth it! They are 15x14 on a 3.0” backspacing.. nice deep dish😛😝. Then I picked up a brand new set of Alumastar 2.0s local for a smoking deal! The bed is being completely gutted and we will basically have “Bed halves” basically a 2 piece bed, so we can remove it easily.. The truck will have a 4-Link Backhalf from Checkered Racing in Indiana, All Strange Engineering components, 40 Spline Gun drilled axles, 40 Spline Strange Spool, Strange brake kit, and the new Strange Ultra Fab 9 rearend housing that was just released not too long ago

Turbos were mounted in the grill, just a fore warning, the S480 Turbos , 417 Motorsports A2W Intercooler, and Smaller (blue )TiAL wastegates during the mock up stage in these pics were sold off and replaced by Precision 66mm wastegates , 88 mm Garrett’s/w TiAL V-Band Exhaust housings, and the idea of an Intercooler was scrapped as we are running Alcohol to accommodate higher boost levels. Radiator will be mounted in the bed of the truck.

Thanks guys! Got the Holley dashes mounted where I want them. I’m running two of them. One in the stock cluster location and another in the Double Din Radio location. I told myself when I started this build that I wanted to remove as many physical switches as possible . So the plan is to have one Holley Dash Dedicated for gauges and the other Dedicated for virtual switches I.e: Headlights, Digital Push to Start Push to Start ect. You can piggyback the Digital dashes through CAN

Thanks!. You can have a ton on one dash . I just like having the additional one for ease of accessibility. The one in the cluster location would kid of be a PITA to work off of.

Really happy I found the Wilwood Reverse Master cylinder. It should help clean up the firewall a bit! Got a set of Menscer Coilovers and 40 Spline Strange axles

I'm not sure if you're a yellowbullet member but you should check out this thread, It would shed some weight on your build and match what you've already done to the front.

Nice!!! That is EXACTLY what I’m doing with my Truck bed. I already have it internally gutted. So basically at this point, they’re basically “skins” Do you have his Instagram by any chance?
