Default Holley tune for 5.3 with S480

Made the jump over to Holley and just downloaded the software, going to start with the prebuilt LS turbo Deal they got and work from there

Any E85 5.3s with an S400 turbo out there with an available tune? Just want to get an idea of where I need to be as I know all engines are different

I looked up that tune and the timing table looks like a good starting point. Keep in mind that that's about all you're going to be able to use.
If you're going to try to use the whole tune you have to make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure you change everything over to your configuration. It's setup with one Bosch 02 sensor and not an NTK so make sure its correct before you plug in the sensor you plan on using.

Gotcha, Yeah I'll go over all of it it think the kit comes with the Bosch which I've heard horror stories about on E so I'll likely get it started and running ruin that thing and then switch to the NTK when the time to hit the track or make some real numbers comes along

Yeah the Bosch can't handle the heat, I use two with a supercharger and it's lasted a couple thousand miles so far but it doesn't see the heat that a turbo is going to put into it.

I have a 5.3 on E85 with a PT7675 and Holley 120's with 50psi base pressure, let me know if you want it and I can send it over.

I've had some luck using one of those spark plug gadgets that folks usually use for "fixing" a tired O2, YOU just cut the end off, thread it in, mark the side that points toward the engine, then pull it back out and grind the side towards the tail pipe off, so you have a shield on the side towards the engine, it will still read but drops the temp on the sensor enough to keep it alive longer, Used to have the same issue on a rotary engine with a O2 in each exhaust, we only used it for a Wideband gauge but it seemed to be accurate enough of the purposes at the time..

I have never had a problem with Bosch, but didn't run a lot of E85-i use a heat shield made out of copper, back when I ran an LM-1, they suggested that.

Interesting read on why O2 sensors get killed and how to stop it.

Did anyone have any issues opening up the tune on sloppy? Maybe I'm just computer illiterate....
