Twin turbo exhaust note.
My buddy just had the same issue. Switched from a single S480 with a 5" fender exit and went to twin 3.5" S366's fender exits. The first words out of his mouth were, "It sounds like an old dump truck. I HATE it!" Not sure why these engines sound so horrible when you go twins out the front but the big singles sound fine.

I had full size 3.5" bullets on my car last year and it sounded really nice but my exhaust ran to my back tires almost like side pipes and the mufflers were 6" from the turbo so a lot more pipe. Not sure how it would have sounded with a shorter pipe.

Looking at your set up the solution may be super easy. Im willing to bet the dumps are 100% separate? if you can get any kind of merge on them (think x pipe) it should sound SIGNIFICANTLY better. Best for sound only would be the merge the 2 3' into a single 4' and send that out one side.

So I ordered a pair of the mini bullets part# 24250 & these things are pretty small. Not sure how much, if any, these will tone down the exhaust. Once I weld them on ill post a sound clip
Yep, put a straight thru bullet muffler like pictured above in each downpipe. I have an LS3 with a single COMP billet 82mm and 4" downpipe. It sounded like a tractor with just a pipe for exhaust. Added a bullet muffler and it got MUCH better.
Any updates/video on these mini bullets being installed? I was wanting to run the same bullets with my twin set up just to tone down the dump truck sound. It's all still in the works so I've got time before needing exhaust ran. I was thinking of running the downpipes to a "X" and then to mini bullets before exiting under the front of the fender.
I finished it up last Saturday & keep forgetting to get a vid of it. I'll try & post one up tonight. As far as sound, it kinda took the poppy crack sound off at idle. Still sounds like *** IMO while cruising at a steady rpm. WOT is stupid loud, don't really even hear the turbos, but doesn't sound bad.
I’m actually happy with mine, cruising isn’t bad at all with windows down and t tops off, sounds like a dump truck at idle as stated, but I feel like it would be fine if I had a cam.
