Default 1956 chevy 5.3 7875 turbo

ok so ive been procrastinating doing a build thread so here it goes.
my dad built this car a few years back, it had a sbc 408 th400 but the motor was tired, my dad who is retired didnt want to put the money into it gave me the car. deal is he gets to use it when he wants....lol. basicly i pay for it he drives it still lol. so 2 years ago when i took the car over i sold the 408 and bought a crate motor ( blueprint 383 sbc/430hp) ,while it went ok at about the same time i finished my nova which has a 365" ls / s475....turbo bug bit and now the 56 feels like a sled.
So this spring a friend made me a decent offer for the 383 and the turbo story begins...
heres the car before with 383

so the 56 has a10bolt rear knowing it is on borrowed time i sold it.
i have a whole 9" center ( strange 3rd, trutrac,350 gear) and a set of 31 spline moser axles left o er from my nova . so i called quick performance and they sent me a bolt in housing and rear brakes
