This is the cross over pipe from the Holley turbo LS kit. Little bummed out this thing hasn’t lasted more than 4 months of the engine running. Trying to hunt down down tuning issues/ possible electrical issues and discovered this. That hole is about the size of a nickel. Could be the source of the lag I was having with my turbo.
If the engine/manifolds is supporting the weight of the turbo, a flex is a bad idea. If this is a crossover between driver side and passenger side, there is no reason to add a flex.
I have never had any luck with that style bellows... I had a 50 dollar vibrant one that started cracking after dyno tune.... cut it off and put a straight piece in....
