Default building a dart block 427 what injectors to use?

Looking for some opinions on injectors for the motor I'm going to be building this winter. Twin 62 mm borg warners on a dart ls next pro 427 callies crank mast heads stock ls6 intake and ls1 throttle body. Blew up the stock lq4 with 317s, broke a piston at 19 psi so I'm not going junkyard anymore.

First off the car is going to be run on pump gas (91 octane or 93 with 10 percent ethanol) 99 percent of the time and might see race gas once in a while. Looking to make 800 or so hp on the street and maybe 1200 ish on race gas. I do not want to run e 85. Currently have holley 120's but builder suggested maybe going to 160's to keep base pressure down.

Wondering what you guys think on what would work the best for this scenario. Not opposed to running holley 160's but just seeing what you guys run and what actually works for a good driver/street mannered car. Not opposed to spending more to get a superior product either.

Thanks for the help

That is a serious build for 800hp. 160s would be plenty.

120's will be plenty on gas even at 43 psi. If there's any chance you will ever run e85 I would use the 160's. I have a 440 twin turbo with a big solid roller and my car idles fine with 160's . I run a big stuff 3 though so I'm not sure how a factory ecu would be at idle. Maybe someone else could chime in that runs bigger injectors with a factory ecu.

I appreciate the response guys....using a dominator to control all of this in a 63 bel air.

whos injectors would run if you were to do a motor build of this caliber?

Is this overkill... yes but the piece of mind is worth it to me
