Blower no turbos, but still very interested in what you are doing since i will eventually be doing much of the same. Curious about the rear cradle, I know spare tire tub clearance with the ZL1 sway bar is one thing, and it raises the car about 3/4" in the rear I 'm told due to thicker mount bushings. Also perhaps 3/8" narrower overall. Brakes I think is close to a direct bolt on. I'm not using coil-overs though. New stock struts with H&R G8 lowering springs.
Luvin' it, keep it up.
Nice! I tried to use the ppv sway on the zl1 cradle and could not get it to work. As you may know, the ppv sway bar routes down around the spare tire well. The camaro goes straight across. Ideally I would remove the whole spare tire well and install a flat aluminum plate. But the bottom of the rear bumper cover is attached to it as well as the rear exhaust heat shields. I will remove the rear bumper screws that tie into the tire well this weekend and see how bad it is. I already lost attachment points for the front bumper cover with the intercooler....

Yeah I have seen all the pictures. I dont know how agp got that 3" pipe out from under the car! 2" is tight. The older upp kit did not go under the control arm. I don't know what is different from the ppv and g8, but I could not have run it like they did. And I don't have to cut up the splash shield plastic piece.

I am going to put an ls7 maf bung on the 4" pipe. Is the x a good spot for it? The plug would not need extending. And there is a big ding there from shipping. How much straight pipe is needed before the sensor? Is that 5 or 6 inches enough, or do I need honeycomb?

Can't see it in this pic, but I drilled and tapped one of the valve cover bolt bosses for the oil return. AGP uses the lower left one that you can see. I used one over. Then I realized it will be dumping right on the rocker arm. Issue or not?

I believe that Hellion dumps the oil return into the in oil fill cap on Coyotes.

Yes. But the location I chose would have the drain dumping right on top of a rocker. The location agp uses is next to a rocker. Not sure about other kits. Wondering if I should remake the hose and drill/tap a different boss, or is it no big deal where it's at. Thanks!

It's just a cheap Next Gen VS 7875. I only want a few pounds of boost.....for now. There is not much space in these cars for activities, I've been looking everything over to figure out how I want to lay things out but it's tight!

How's yours coming? I got mine going, and now working on the tune. These cars are so tight for a turbo(s), I should have done low mount like you:

Nice. I saw this posted somewhere, didn't know it was you. Mine is coming along slowly. Was waiting on some fittings last weekend. So I took my front seats and some g8 seats apart to make something that will work correctly. Hoping to get the zl1 trans in this weekend so I can get the driveshaft measured.

After you've worked on these cars a few hours, putting it out the hood doesn't seem like a bad idea.

I have stared at my car so many times from every angle trying to come up with a clean way to plumb a turbo and always end up wanting to leave it NA, lol. Yours looks good, but damn, it's tight. How is plug access? Did you have to dent the shock tower for the turbo?

Yes, it is very tight. I tried several different locations and placement for the turbo, but each new placement provided a new challenge. For plug access on mine, I made the top portion of the dp removable, and funny you mention about the shock tower...I was out there last night adding a little extra clearance. I think an LSA, or low mount twins like the OP's is the way to go on these cars..

Finally got the ZL1 trans in. I had the 4l80e crossmember modified and it worked nicely. Also swapped the tcm's. Bad news is dss is 5 weeks out and g force is not even taking orders as they are retooling to go strictly carbon fiber. Are there any other options before I place the order with drive shaft shop??

Slowly but surely. It just might be finished next weekend. Might. My buddy needs it out of his shop, so that is a motivater.
