What kind of driveshaft are you looking for? I'm from Pennsylvania and Quigley Motor Company out of PA (4x4 Van makers) builds driveshafts. I don't think they do Carbon Fiber but they do steel and aluminum. Maybe give them a call?

I think I can actually start this thing this weekend. I need to wire the exa pump. I have a hella time delay off 10a(continuous) relay. Is that enough relay or should I wire that to trigger a bosch 30 amp relay? The exa info says less than 5 amps, but may be 20 if the oil is cold.

And i have U0100. Loss of communication to ecm or something like that. Clear it and comes right back. The ecm B+ fuse is in a small fuse box in the trunk and visually the fuse looks ok. Every other fuse in that box is doing its job. I drove the car to the shop where I have been working on it, and have not messed with the harness other than repinning the maf connector. Ground are tight. The only thing I can think of is the car has a bad battery draw. So months ago the battery drained to like 6 volts. The battery was then disconnected. This weekend I put a fresh new battery in. The ignition relay clicks in the underhood fuse box, but the ecm is not grounding the powertrain relay to power the coil and injector fuses. It also will not crank. Any ideas??????????????????
EDIT-I also put another ecm in from another same year ppv. Same thing.

Was able to work on the car today. No power to ecm b+ fuse. 8" away I see a connector to the fuse box unplugged. So that was easy. Fired right up. 2 leaks that should be easy to fix. Top off the fluids and bleed the brakes tomorrow and should be able to drive!

I currently have the fpcm unplugged with the green/white wire cut and triggering the primary fuel pump. I also cut the pink ignition wire for a trigger to the not yet installed oil cooler and trans cooler fan. If I reconnect the pink, can I still use it to monitor fuel pressure? I would need to get the sensor plumbed in.https://www.vaporworx.com/shop/produ...ensor-adapter/
I have an additional outlet at the fuel filter head I could use with a 1/2npt to 1/8npt reducer and then make an extension harness.

Well under a mile of driving so far and getting oil dripping out of the vband turbo outlets. Scavenge pump ran for 5 sec after ignition off and as of now 15 and same thing. It occurred to me, and and I think I read it here, that while the pump is doing its job after key off it is still pulling feed oil in also. 1/8 npt oil feed check valve should be here tomorrow. Boost, afr, and fuel pressure gauges installed. Ordered the parts to plumb in the oem fuel pressure sensor.

How's yours coming? I got mine going, and now working on the tune. These cars are so tight for a turbo(s), I should have done low mount like you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoaTmqWkKNs

Need some help on getting the scavenge system working correctly. Still leaking oil out of the vbands. If you look at the first pic in post 108. I have the improved racing low profile oil cooler adapter upside down. Directly off of that (front port), I have a -8 union with an 1/8 npt port in the middle. This is where I installed the check valve this weekend. https://www.mcmaster.com/7768K65 That 1/8 npt port feeds the driver side turbo with a tee, and then to the passenger side. The drain is -10 with the tee to the pump, then -8 out of the pump to the valve cover.
Also, what should this exa pump sound like? With the car running, it's noise is changing like it is not getting a steady supply of oil. I cant remember what it sounded like before the check valve, but probably the same. Oh, the pump currently runs for 15 seconds after ignition off. I can make it run longer if there is any chance that will help. I am guessing this oil is not good for the o2 sensors. Thanks for any help!
