Bosch 210’s on truck intake
Bosch 210’s on truck intake Just installed Bosch 210’s on a truck intake with the stock rail. Also installed the injector top hat spacers recommended on the wiki. My issue is the factory injector lock doesn’t actually “grab” the injector top hat spacer. So I was just wondering what keeps the spacer on the injector when the rail is pressurized. Are the four stock rail bolts enough to keep the top hats secured onto the injector? Just don’t want to burn it to the ground.
yeah the fuel rail just holds it all down. its a very small surface area for that pressure to work against.

You don’t need the clips. But I will warn you to make sure the fuel rail is fully bolted down. I was testing the fuel system and I left one bolt out and the other 3 in but the pressure was able to push the rail off the injector and shoot fluid all over the engine bay. This was 43psi... not 58.
