Catch can
1)Center port is for crankcase port (dirty gases).
2)NA port with one way check valve when engine not in boost (NA - vacuum in intake)
3)Boost port with one way check valve when engine in boost (Boost - positive pressure in intake)
If your can is large enough you can add a port. The issue with most cans is that their inside volume is too small to work effectively.

I have a similar setup except, like many others I am using a two port.
One line from the Turbo inlet that works as a vent under vacuum and vacuumed source under boost.
Disadvantage I see is you will draw dirty crankcase through turbo under boost.
With all that said , I still am creating back pressure to pop off the push in oil fill cap occasionally.

Link to back pressure:
Vents like these will draw about 3 to five psi of vacuum if installed correctly on the inlet to the turbo or supercharger. The truck guys (Ford) vent cleaned air into the exhaust rather than back thru the turbo or the supercharger.
