Has anyone encountered a dyno graph like this. The combo is 5.3 ls forged bottom end holley efi bosch 210s with a holley low ram tick air/water intercooler. Fi 88/96 t4 flanged turbo precision 66mm wastegate. Already checked valve springs pushrod length and all valvetrain is good. The tune is spot on so

I'm leaning towards a backpressure issue but not sure. It only made 686 rwhp on 18lbs. Jose at F.I said the turbo is good for 1400 hp. Any ides???????????????

If I am reading it right, AFR's are 16?????? at boost.

No the bottom part of the graph is showing boost not afrs. The afr was steady around 11.5 at 16lbs of boost on e85

Looks a lot like a valve train control issue , cam have really aggressive lobes ? Stiffer push rods needed? You say springs are good . What plug gaps ? Highly doubt it's a back pressure issue as many people here running bigger displacement and smaller turbine combos without issues

Sorry if I missed it but but what are your IAT's? What exhaust are you running , post turbo?

The cam is 614/621 and 227/235 duration. The iats were 98 to 103 degree. The backside downpipe is 4" with a 45 degree and 90 degree and about 5' long . The back side housing is a t4 flanged 1.25 ar 96mm wheel

Was thinking backpressure because it took a 9lb spring and 19psi on the dome to make 17lbs boost

A T4 flange with that big of a turbine and cam duration seems to me to perhaps be a mismatch. I'm no expert, but just going by what I've read over the years.Your post turbo exhaust sounds great though. I wish I had room for that setup.

Thanks it's a g body there's plenty room. Jose has me getting a backpressure reading then we hope to know something for sure. If I didn't have to work 7 days a week right now I may have time to figure it out. With this biden economy a man will have to work around the clock to feed the family

Even if you are wrong this is the easiest change to make, so it goes right to the top of the list for things to check. Tighten up those plug gaps and see if it makes any difference.
