I'd run the graphites with the o-ring... You are actually metal to metal with the fire ring on the gasket with the o-ring .. They seal alot better at the coolant and oil passages...

If you are trying to bolster a non o-ring head and block the MLS are great provided both surfaces are flat and straight. They are'nt needed with o-rings as the o-rings press on the fire ring of a graphite. I have seen engines run 30+ psi with o-rings, factory gaskets and ARP studs.

Ah hell, I forgot you got o-ringed heads Dug. Stick with the gaskets they gave you.
