FMIC vs Twin intercooler on fbody

Default FMIC vs Twin intercooler on fbody
So I have a 2000 trans am 408 stroker custom cam fast 102 317s full exhaust, I'm running the 3.5 twin intercooler coolers I'm also running water meth. My question is are those intercoolers holding me back from making power or does it not matter with IAC temps because of the water meth? If I switch to a FMIC would I gain HP/Torque? Or it it more for cooling the air temps?

my tuner told me when i went from the twins to a fmic it helped a ton , either go with the 4.5 inch intercoolers or a fmic, i see you have meth so that helps a lot .
