warbird the return off of the turbo was a little loose so it leaked a little. also the pump was having a hard time keeping up with the boost. it dropped to 52psi, no volt booster yet. also keep blowing the dip stick out. rob said i need a one way check valve. oil smoke sucks!! starting to already feel weeker than yesterday. think i need more boost. lol!!!!!!

its just not the sound i was looking for. hope that it will start to break in after a while. yesterday it wasnt even all that noticable. now you can tell its there, i guess thats what that sound is. also today when i got on it a little it was up to 11psi, not sure why it went from 9-11 but i turned it back down to 9. like im saying doesnt feel the same as yesterday. shouldnt be messing up yet should it? or is it just me

You can trim a coil or 2 outta the spring in the Tial and make it pop open easier.

Yeah a Metco valve cover breather and a checkvalve will fix that Daniel.
Another guy we know with a powerdyne ls1 had the same problem and he put a checkvalve in and it fixed his dipstick issues.

Daniel, add the Metco breather and a one-way check valve from ATR (Apllied Technologies & Research). That should take care of the problem. But like I told you from teh beginning, it's still a stock motor with 65k miles that now makes DOUBLE its' stock HP. With pistons and piston rings that were never intended for boost.
And don't forget, keep that boost down until you at least install a Volt Booster! And shift EARLY(5200-5500MAX)!
Your boost variance from the 9 to 11psi is the main reason I don't use the manual controllers anymore. The E-Boost actually controls the boost electronically, and has Overboost protection. So it's Set it and Forget it. Might wanta think about getting one.

If you have cracked ringlands/melted piston the checkvalve wont help. you'll only end up pressurizing the crankcase through the loss of ring seal vs through the valvecover/PCV

Also regarding the MBC... I don't know where yours is mounted but i have seen one that was installed in the engine bay and the boost would vary depending on how hot/cool the controller was. Once it was moved to inside the car where the temp is much more stable, the boost stayed where it was set.
I found two K&N breathers at a local speed shop that I slipped over the oil fill neck and the pcv fitting on the driver side valve cover as well. Knock on wood... i don't see any puffing out of them yet..... I'll keep my fingers crossed for us both
