Ummm autostore PCV valve.... not sure what you need it for but I used one to keep my oil feed from draining when the car is off.

I was told I needed a one way, it had to do with crankcase pressure and oil or something.

Yes a standard PCV valve will only allow things to blow one way. If you go to the auto store, open a package with a pcv valve in it, then try to blow through each end of it, only one end will let you, thus it's one way only. Oh and PCV valves are for crankcase pressure and oil as your talking about

Yeah they do work for mild presure Unusual T/A but if you are running boost of any kind check out www.Mcmaster.com they have some brass check valves that can be placed in the pvc system to keep from blowing boost into the crank case etc...

There are like 7 different brass valves there. You're gonna have to narrow it down for a brotha.

The popular one is the 1/4" 7775k52. I thought it looked a little small so I changed to the 3/8" 7775k53 which is a lot bigger (better flow). You'll have to get a couple brass fittings that will have outlets for 3/8" hose.

Yeah I ordered both the 1/4 and the 3/8 and I used the 3/8 valve worked very good.

Cap off your Intake and use vaccum from your air inlet before the Turbo or S/C then you dont have to worry at all about reverse pressure. Works great with the LS6 Valley cover. I just switched over to this using two Metco breathers, one in each Valve cover. Got the mod from Mighty Mouse. I tried going the checkvalve way but with my relocated Alt I didnt have much room and I always worried about the valve getting stuck open by crud and leaking boost into the motor.

Only problem with hooking up to air inlet is you are going to suck a lot of oil into the line from the valve cover. Which is going to get into the turbo, intercooler, maf (real bad), etc. Breathers work really well and no oil into intake track.

If you want to run a pcv system here is how the Incon setup is stock, it works great no crankcase pressure.

Ok

1. Tie the driver side valve cover into the passenger side valve cover. Should be like this from the factory.

2. Remove vacuum line from top of throttle body and cap.

3. Place one way check valve infront of the pcv valve. This will prevent boost from entering through the pcv valve.

4. Run a hose from the driver side valve cover to the just behind the air filter but before the turbo inlet or supercharger inlet. This will have a vacuum on it under boost but otherwise won't do much.

gary cant your way suck oil into the intake track of the turbo? i have the qmp kit and it will pull vac on that line to the valve cover if i hook it to the filter or along that path, correct? is there a way to eliminate the pcv all together
