My spearco intercooler is leaking internally, getting water in the air side of things.. This obviously isn't a good thing. It's a fairly significant amount of water too. I lost about an inch of water in the 5 gallon cell in about 20 minutes. The intercooler has around 4" of water setting in the bottom of it too..
All these cubic dollar hi tech shops that visit this place, surely someone can either fix it or lead me in the right direction.
I simply don't have the $2500 to order another one.
thanks!

I'd have better luck getting you to warranty it, than the fat little greaseball I bought it from at a parking lot in Houston (got it off racingjunk.com, picked it up in person and it looked fine.)

On the intercoolers we have made we run Bars Leak Radiator sealer through them before we send them of for that very reason. Basically we us a heated water take and a water pump to circulate the water through the intercooler. At the same time we us a portable kerosene heater (the long tubular jet looking ones) to really heat the intercooler and water up. Then just let it circulate for about an hour or so while heating. Seems to work, it as stopped leaks that were in the cores.
