Just use ATAP, EFILive, HP Tuners etc.
If you are talking about after spraying methanol then you're stuck like I am till you add another sensor after the meth injection.
At 5psi of boost without any meth or IC you are probably between 130-150deg IATs after a full run.

I have an Autometer 2 channel intake temp gauge, it has two probes and a button on the controller to switch between the two. I have mine before and after the Intercoolers. On a hot 90 deg day precooler temps are like 170 and after the Intercoolers its about 100. In the winter the temps are like 150, and 70 deg.
