We finally got Steve Shoemakers 02 SS on the dyno today.
It is our Sportsman 348ci, RGR LS1 heads, 225/225 custom turbo grind, FAST intake, 78mm TB.
Speed Inc. Eliminator single turbo system with Innovative 76 R-trim 1.15 a/r, Griffin front mount intercooler, Innovative multi stage boost controller, TIAL bov, competition wastegate. 3.5 downpipe and intermediate pipe to SLP center outlet rear section, magnaflow muffler.
Fuel system is dual gravity fed walbro 255 inlines, 2nd pump operated by hobbs switch, mototron 60lb injectors, speed inc rails and regulator, stock PCM, stock screened MAF sensor.
Picture 1 - Fuel Pump Setup
Picture 2 - Fuel Pump Setup
It is a 6-speed car , 12bolt/3.42. Dyno run was made with 110 octane fuel, 17 pounds of boost.
Made 675rwhp @10psi (93 octane tune).
The car has great driveability, and is very responsive on the street.
Needless to say, we are extremely pleased.

That is awsome........... Got a question for with the pics of the dual pumps. Are they both getting power from the same wire?? I was just wondering because i am going to order another Bousch 420L from you guys and run dual external pumps like that if i need to,,,(still waiting to see if Brians (BOS) car has enough pump since out combos are close......

Thanks guys.
Earl H- It is a standard 76 R-trim, it is not a mid frame or large frame turbo.
Mightymouse- Yes, the FPR is referenced to manifold pressure.
69firebird- It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Na$ty-TA- The 2nd fuel pump is activated by a Hobbs switch set at 4psi.

(edit: why are you in the 11 second club? Your sig is boasting 10.0's...which is much closer to 9's than 11's)

how are you getting the stock computer to work so well with the FI setups? I wish there was someone here locally that could tune a FI car as well as you folks seem to be doing.
thanks

stock meaning stock pcm w/custom tune no fast or dfi stand alone was used.
since I work at speed inc; and steve is a good friend of mine I got to test drive this bad boy.
The test drive: I rolled through first nice and easy brought her up to about 3k in 2nd and smoothly laid into it The car was skating in top 2nd and 3rd gear I had to shut down in third. Funny part is Jim had it tuned down for 12 psi, but wow. The car does not stop polling just amazing. and no lag at all.
I know if I could give rides all day you guys would be in line for this turbo kit. The motor is not anything radical it idles realy smooth and drivability is awsome.
thanks for the test drive Steve
