Make sure all the bolts are tight on the turbo housing and make sure your vaccum pressure switch is working.

Oil return pump problem.Did you put in the pressure switch under the hood that controls the pump speed? Happened to me and alot of oil came out the exhaust and into the intake track.Replaced that switch and it has been fine for over 1000miles.

Pull the one way pressure valve off and see if it drips when connected to the steel braded line.
If it does, that valve is bad. Also, you may check the harness and make sure it is not melted and grounding out.

The steel braded line goes into a valve on top of the turbo that will keep oil from dripping in without pressure behind it. It is about 2 inches long and round.
The harness that gives power to the pump; runs from the front pass side. Make sure it has not gotten against your exhaust. It will melt and could ground out.

The vlave on top drips oil out when you turn the oil pump on. Do you mean that it should not open at all until there is pressure on the turbo. The wires seem fine no melting spots. Let me know. Thanks for all your help so far

Not when you turn the pump on. I'm talking about the steel braded line that goes into the cylindrical pressure valve that goes to the oil feed hole on top of the turbo. If you take the steel braded line off, oil will start to drip out of the feed line. Take the pressure valve off and put it on the steel braded line. It should stop dripping after a few more drips. If it continues to drip, them the valve needs to be replaced.

The other thing to consider is if you were parked one a steep grade. Turbos are sealed with something akin to a piston ring and if your vehicle gets to an extreme angle, oil will flow over that ring and into the turbine.

WOW P.M. The info if you don't mind. Did you ever get the leak fixed? How much boost are you running? How do you like the kit so far? I hope to get an STS kit for my truck around the first of the year. Any input would be helpful.
Thanks
