What kinda power do most of your kits make without the sprayed intercooler?

 

the only time we sprayed the intercooler was teh Lt1 on teh dyno, when it made 554 rwhp. Without spray it made 530 rwhp.

I tried spraying my 3.4 before, didn't get anything out of it though.

 

Question, you had a 20 hp gain from just spraying the intercooler, if so how much of that do you think it was because some of the spray got into your intake stream.

Can you post pics of your setup? I bet an LS6 cam (02 and up) would show a nice gain and be completely streetable

thx, it feels great on the street. drivees like stock till I get in it, then its pretty fun, I think I want more already

Out of the little items I want to change now , ls6 intake, 02 exaust manifolds or a set of shorty headers and 2 more lbs of boost. Maybe a ls6 cam, but don't wanna go into the motor so soon yet. We'll see what I get with the above items.
