A little tip for Procharger FMIC guys...
You dont have to deal with the crappy blower outlet position that ATI gives from the factory. By loosening the 7 perimeter housing bolts, the blower outlet position can be rotated 360 degrees. This will give you a much better angle for routing the blower discharge to the FMIC and it even gives you 2-3" more clearance from the ground behind the air dam....
I rotated the outlet to face at about 8 o'clock and it gives the perfect angle for a 45 degree bend to come out horizontal.

It doesnt hurt anything at all. I talked to the ATI tech line about it. I only did it so that I wouldnt have to have such an aggressive bend right at the blower outlet. The stock ati outlet location is almost vertical. Rotating it clockwise one bolt position gives alot more ground clearance behind the air dam.
Here is an example using your pictures Kyle...

You actually loosen 7 bolts total. I could only point to those 2 in the picture. You loosen them all, and you will actually have to remove 2 or them completely to rotate the case. The case on mine spun freely. You will see what I mean. When you rotate the case, you will cover one of the holes that you previously used, and expose one that you previously covered...

Hate to sound stupid > just loosen bolts, not take all the way out? When you said "you will cover one of the holes that you previously used, and expose one that you previously covered..." > What do you mean? Do the bolts thread into a hole or kind of float? I guess what I'm not understanding is, when you rotate the blower, are you just move bolts around to angle outlet? This will not cause any oil to leak will it? Thanks for the help!!!!

There are 7 bolts total on my housing. You will loosen 5 of them enough to eleviate any friction for rotation. 2 of them will have to be removed completely because they would get in the way of the housing when you rotate it. When you do actually rotate the housing, one of the holes that was originally used will now be covered. ANother hole that was previously covered, will now be open. You just simply put the bolts back in any free hole that you can get the bolt into. Some of them cant be used becasue the housing gets in the way of the bolt. The bolts thread into the opposite side of the housing and there are washers which actually hold the unit together by clamping the two pieces...
You dont have to worry about any seals or oil. You are rotating only the volute which directs the air out. You arent opening the transmission part of the blower that is oil fed.
