Slowly but Surely
I worked late tonight so outside of putting in some new cam bearings, not much got done. Chris file fit the rings and hung the rods on the pistons before I got there today so if time permits we may have some resemblance of a short block tomorrow night. I am hoping for a long block by the end of the week.
PSJ, no I still do not have any manifolds. It has been kind of hard getting off first base. I have flanges, bends and tubing but that is about it. Like I said, SLOWLY BUT SURELY.

LOL! The pics are decieving but like Chris said they are dished. I should be around 8.5:1.
Mike K, If you want my motor you do not have to wait until I run it; you can buy it right now. In fact, you can buy the car/engine/trailer/whatever I have! Then my 2 daughters might have a shot at getting their college and weddings paid for!! LOL!!
Tom
Thanks to Carey at ET for the awesomes heads and thanks to Craig at ET for taking the pics and staying late so I could pick them up tonight.

P.S we all know our cars are worth more to us than our families so if they give you any sh*t tell them to shut the hell up lol
The heads are custom, they were ported from bare castings by ET Performance. The intake runner cc's work out to be 237cc.
Thanks
Kyle
If this is not the baddest LS1 crank out there then I do not know what is!! Thanks to Brooke at Callies, this crank really is almost to nice to even bury under an oil pan!!
Like the heading say's "Slowly but Surely" I hope to have a camshaft by Friday so the oil pump, timing chain and front cover can go on.
Thanks,
Tom
