Actually, you are right. If I go out the front fender it is a 5in. We were looking at reducing to a single 4in underneath the passenger side header. There will definately be some trial and error going on.
Where did you guys dump your exhaust? Do you have any pics?

It goes straight across the front of the car behind where the core support used to be and turns down and out the side of the nose on the driver side. When we have to run a muffler it just dumps straight down in front of the driver side A-arm.
Not a lot of options when dealing with a pipe that size.

You guys should really move that rad out of the way and let the turbo take some fresh air in.
Starting with temps 120 + is not good, no matter what interooler. It just makes it that much tougher to tune, cool ect.
Look at all the fastest Fords, You can always see the compressor inlets from the front
