STS or bike
I have this big time dilema.. I am either gonna buy an STS kit with GT67 upgrade, injectors, 255 fuel pump, Intercooler, the works.. OR I am gonna get a motorcycle(sportsbike). I am really on the fence, but I need some help deciding. I know you guys may be a little bit biased... but I respect your opinions.

i Have a yamaha R6, and love it. There is no greater feeling then riding a bike, pushing it into the curves or even down the strip. I garentee if you get a bike you'll never regret it. Just dont be a squid and be safe.
Bikes are a very awsome performance machine, i've taken mine down the track at 10.91@127 completly stock, do you know how much work it is to try and get these Fbodies to that level. IT took me over 500 horses to be as fast as my stovck R6
what type of bike are you thinking about getting?

I was originally gonna get a Suzuki Hayabusa. Yes I have has some riding experience. But I am exploring all options. I am looking at a Suzuki GSXR with a big bore kit and some goodies. And a Honda CBR600F4I. What year is you R6 that runs a 10.9 stock? What is a good sportsbike to get?

weli love my R^, very good bike handles well performs well with enough power, but it depends on what type you want to get to suit you with your riding style.
just go to the dealerships and test ride alot of them to find out which one you like the best or feel most comfortable on.

I am in the same boat you are, I want a bike more, but I would mostlikely kill myself or get killed by idiot drivers out there. I was leaning towards a gixxer or the new ZX6R's, those are mean bikes. Good luck in whatever you do, you'll be happy either way, I think more happier with the bike though. Oh and for the money for a turbo kit, I wouldn't go STS, Phamspeed looks like a MUCH better kit, for about the same price, if not cheapier, give them a look, I'd get there kit, I just don't have the money now, college is killing me.

Having owned a few bikes, and having 2 totalled by completely idiotic and absent minded drivers, I would vote FI. I loved my bikes and had always had one since I was like 19. After the first accident I thought it was just a freak thing and I would be safe (women pulled out in front of a semi I was driving next to, cleared him and stopped in front of me, didnt even have 1 second to react- she never even got out of the car to see how I was, laying in the street). The next accident happened about 9 months later (I was stopped at a light, it turned green and the van in front of me went, then I followed and was hit by a guy who ran the light after cars had already gone through the intersection) I missed almost 6 months of work with pins, screws and braces on my arm and all sorts of therapy. I have 2 kids, so I wont be getting another until they are older.
I loved my bikes, and it kills me to not have one, but people just dont give a ****. They are reading books, eating, talking on phones, or just not paying attention, and a bike is a lot easier to not notice. If you live in the country- a bike is cool. If you livre in a big city with traffic and congestion- get the turbo.

where do you live? and I hope you have alot of riding experience!(probably not if your asking this in the first place), if your in cali or a place that has ALOT of road hazards getting a "street" bike wouldnt be a good ideaw if you dont have the experience, consider getting a high quality pocket bike(grc, polini) to start on and having fun with, really get any bike out on the track if you want to have some fun!! if you do have a track near you I'm sure they have some classes that would be good for you... I've been racing bikes for about 18yrs and the street has just become too much of a hassle to deal w/, all the f**k tards on cell phones that are quick to call the cops and the old people that cant see over the steering wheel and dont stop for stop signs... those sort of things make street riding a major pita... once you've been on the track the street scene will seem very stupid... make sure you're allways equpied w/ all your gear and make sure to only buy the best...
a new bike will cost you much more than a turbo would, you could probably get a used bike and the turbo! wich is what I would do.. your question is really unanswerable to a rider and a car guy... there is no choice but both!, lol..., if it was wich one to get first I'd say the turbo because then it'll be out of the way and then you can concentrate on getting a bike...
