Todd Moyer from Houston, Texas is now the fastest Outlaw 10.5 car in the country. Testing here @ Baytown for the Pro Stock Superbowl he went a 4.54 1/8 mile and 6.94 @203 in the 1/4 on 24lbs of boost. The car is a Naiser built 420 ci small block with the 106 off my car.

theres a guy that lives up by my way. SkinnyKidRacing is in the process of building his 10.5W car right now its a TurboTransAm cut up with a 46Xcid twin turbo the car has peged 1500hp dyno at 4k estimate 2600rwhp.

 

that's bookin!!! i'd love to see that in person.

not to mention Steve has a very nice Stock Pace car with 7k original miles
And of course his Regal that has been 9,30s@145mph if i'm not mistaken.
I've met him a few times hes a nice guy, actually bought my D1 off his next door neighboor.

Didn't make 6.80s on his first pass today. The track is cold!!!

 

Just got home. Learning the clutch is a SOB. We went 7.01 and 7.03 today over 200mph. On the 6.94 pass according to the fast and racepac todd clicked the off around the 6.67 mark so there was a little more in that pass. The tune is still safe, only running 24lbs of boost right now. It's a back half chassis.

there is a guy from up here in CT that had the 10.5 record his name is craig Pio and he runs a turbo big block that went 7.03 at 206 mph

 

That record has been broken a couple times. come this next season, there will be a couple outlaw 10.5 cars going 6's. H-TOWN HAS THE RECORD....6.94!!!! Lynch, bring that ford down in march to see who is the BADDEST!

 

Yeah, who was it that Hot Rod Mag wrote up about in the Feb. issue? Some guy with a late model bodied 'stang ran 6.96 @ 207 but just like other records in today's racing, they don't stay that way long. It'd be nice to see some really out law unlimited tire cars this fast here in the east, but doing that on a 10.5 tire is un#$%^ing believeable.
