Just incase you guys don't look around in the for sale section. Price drop to $15,000. If it does not sell I will start parting it out.

Gary, another TT original owner bites the dust! Sorry to see you move on. Do you have a new project in mind? You've got a nicely modded car.

Geez Gary, sorry to see you selling her after all of the hard work sourcing the parts to finish the incomplete kit.

Car has only been on a dyno once, but it was not working properly. I have roughly tuned the car with in-car wideband. It really hard to make much power on 91 octane and 4200 ft elevation. Baed on air flow its only making around 400 hp. I am pretty conservative and the car is not really setup to make great power. The stock valve springs and hooker aerochamber (<300 cfm flow) don't lend themselves to much power.

Anyway been kicking this around for a while. I won't doing any more car related stuff. I just have to many hobbies at this point that I would rather be spending money on.

Thanks

Gary

Sorry to see you go. One of us originals.

The altitude kills you. 93 at sea level is 91 where you are.

I'm still complaining that Sunoco no longer sells 94 in CT, and I can only get 93 now.

I'm biased, but it is the sweet LS1 F-body FI setup.

Take care.

wow, sorry to see this Gary.

If the car doesn't sell quickly have you thought about selling the kit seperately?

I am really not wanting to sell the kit seperately but I know I can sell the car and kit easier. The car alone are good for $18000 and the kits easily go for another $5000. It would just be a lot of work to get it back to normally aspirated.

Gary
$18000 + $5000 = $23000
!= $25000

Good thing you don't do math often (or at least correctly)

I have a lot more mods on the car than just the Turbos. Plus ls1-edit, autotap, slicks, spare transmission, etc.

It's the wrong color and tranny for me. Pretty looking car though. What do those Icon kits look like? I thought they weren't making them any more?

Just add more fuel, some springs in the heads, and a forged shortblock and she will be good for 700rw.
