Thanks guys. It's taking me forever to build but I know it will be worth it when it's dun.
I've been working full time for 3yr's putting every penny that I could in to the car.I make good money but going turbo the right way COST BIG MONEY.

I'm realy not wanting to say.I would rather go out and have time in the seat with some tnt before I came in here and make an *** out of my self.If I cant be competitive in Pro Outlaw I'll probaly drive the car into the river. LOL.

they flowed
lift int. exh.
400 262 188
500 301 210
600 311 224
700 321 236
as you can see.The heads weren't all out.I realy dont think at this point the heads are going to be the the restricting factor.Futher on down the road I will prob.go solid roller
and have trevor do me a set of AFR's.
Other goodies include:carb.intake with a wilson elbow and 105mm TB.Billingsley fab.9in.
Neal Chance bolt together converter.Rossler t210 or PG(haven't desided yet).Bs3,weldon pump and regulator, 160lb injetors. The chassis already has Full wolfe
suspention. This time around though it's getting a 25.5 cage and minitubs.
Hopefully the car will be dun sometime during the summer. At this point I realy dont care though.

And that's for a full weight car. (Well, probably a little lighter). Looks like hardcore will have it's hands full this summer. *SNIFF SNIFF* I smell 6s by August.
Car in my avatar, SBC ~427cid, T101 aprox same HP but on a pro mod chassis with a 5spd lenco and triple disc clutch running 6.70s @ 212+ shaking the tires from 60~330', just to give you some appriciation of what that turbo will do. I'll post some larger stills of that sucker tomorrow when I get high speed

You're right, it isn't about a HP battle, it is about putting it to the ground. And judging by the turbo as well as the 25.5 cage, the potential is there, or at least the intent. Now considering he didn't tell us what the car is going to weigh, we can only guess. 2100 HP in a 2800 car would be easily 6.60s~6.70s. If sr71 plans on shaking the car out for a year, it might not run deep into the 7s this year, might not even touch 7s. Usually the progression from the single digit numbers comes quicker, the quick the ETs get. How long did it take to go from the 9s, to the 8s? From the 8s to the 7s? And now from the 7s to the 6s. If he does this all on stock style suspension (which if I read the post right it looks like he's trying to do) we'll all be going . If it's in a "kinda-like a race car trim" we're going to be going again just like with Duke and them. At somepoint we have to just give props to those that are making this generation of SB live with this kind of power, be it iron, factory alum, resleaved, or C5R stuff. They're innovators and they're gonna make the rest of us better off eventually.
