Any reason to go with a TTi kit? over phamspeed?

Any reason to go with a TTi kit? over phamspeed?

Hey everyone. Well I am doing turbo now. The blower is sold and gone.

so is my motor

. Anyways, I am gonna do a turbo kit and I know a guy with one for sale. bbbuuuuttt I have a hard time justifing spending $4,500 for a TTi kit in which a air to water intercooler will be used, I loose my A/c (south florida). Over a phamspeed, with a big air to air and probeley the 76gts turbo or something like that if they still have it.

I am not sure what to do. Money is tight so I can get my built 348 or get the turbo right now no problem. Than the other will come in about 4 weeks. Soooo what should I do?

BTW The guy from speed inc said that there 348 can handle 16 pounds of boost no problem. They said they use it with there elimnator turbo systems all the time. What do you think?

if money is tight...then supercharge it.

as with a turbo..more than likely you will need to forge the engine

for the street kit,

I am foged the engine, I already supercharged it. When i say money is tight in no way does that mean I have 4k to spend. I have plenty to pay for everything but I do not want to spend 1k extra for the TTi kit when nothing more than the phamspeed is yeilded in power.

You dont loose your AC with the TTi street kit. Also it uses an Air to Air intercooler.

The race kit is a different story.

sounds like you are trying to make a big descision in a hurry... wait until you can afford exactly what you want.. or next thing you know you will be selling it to upgrade and be low on cash all over again and still not have what you want.. ring a bell?

aside from that i would go with the one that has better real world track and dyno results.

I would go with the Phamspeed kit over the street kit. Now if it was the race kit then it's a different story.

anyways see my sig link for the street kit, its good up to about 550ish rwhp after that think of upgrading to a different kit.

so i would really need to look at the phamspeed with a t76 to get over 700rwhp. I want to be able to hit 800rwhp, with a small 50 shot. and of coarse boost

Phamspeed kit, so you wont have to upgrade if you were to buy the TTi street kit. I'm happy with mine, my car will be up a running strong here in a few days too

Thats a hard choice man...... Give Phamspeed a try.... you going with there whole kit with there IC and everything??
Who will be doing the fabbing for it??
