very clever idea with the fan!

if it doesn't end up being enough air, some slim line pushers in front of the AC condensor and your good to go.

nice work all around so far!

So you can only run one fan with the SDCE setup?

I believe that's the way it is with any ATI setup if I'm not mistaken. I didn't want to buy the replacement fan from ATI so I did this. I'll see what my temps look like before I decide to get some pusher fans like Blackbird reccomended.

IT'S RUNNING!!!!!

Took me forever to get this thing done it seems. Here's some pics

I had a hell of a time with the passenger side IC piping but eventually figured it out (onyl took 5hrs). If anyone would like better pics let me know I can get ya some. So here's the piping of the Synergy Motorsports ATI FMIC kit

Pics of the inlet hat. I had to modify the fan shroud and radiator a little bit more to get this to fit in there with the blower clocked towards the drivers side and that silicone coulper I wanted on there.

Video Coming soon!!

HEHE. Glad you got the IC pipe to work out. ITs hard to decribe how that MAF sits in there, but it works out real nice when done. I cant wait to see the results when you get it up and running.

Yeah I got it. Thanx for the tip on placing the maf right infront of the thermo.

I hope to hit the dyno here within a couple weeks so I will let everyone know my results.

Rest of the kit went on great!! Although the T-bolt clamps on the rubber elbow are near impossible to do. I barely got the one that attaches to the TB, and ended up using a .25" bigger t-bolt for the small end of the the elbow. I'll find out tomorrow if the bypass valve location will give me fits with the bumper mounting.

EDIT: one more thing I forgot. On the passenger side piping of the IC I switched the second pipe around so that the long end attached to the first pipe, and then ended up cutting about 2" off of it where it attaches to the MAF.

Very Nice My Friend... Pics look Great... You're quite the little Mechanic... Can't wait to see her in action....

Perhaps I can talk you into that Meth kit I'm running.. It would go perfect just before the TB!! I'm sure it will get you above the XXX RWHP number I was talking about without hitting 10psi of boost..

Let me know when you want to do the clutch and drill mod..

Meth would be the next step (other than some FAL fans) .
I'll keep ya posted on the clutch install.

Monday would probably work out best for me Clint.

Got the bumper all mounted. The only issue was a little flexing of the bumper on the drivers side where the BPV is located. Other than that everything is NICE!!!

The Big K&N filter barely fit in there!!!

And the final pics. (I'm still gonna paint the inside of the bumper black one of these days.
