Well got the SPEC stage 5 installed

I had this abnoxious squeal for the first couple weeks but it has since worked it's way out to be WWWAAYYYY, less noticable.
Here's what it sounded like with the squeal:

Hoping to get this on the dyno in mid June now.

I also wasn't seeing the boost that I wanted with the 4.0 pulley so I've got a 3.7 pulley that I will be installing next week along with a new belt. I also had an 02 sensor bung welded into the center of my x-pipe so that when I dyno we can put the wideband sensor right in there instead of using a sniffer

Pics to come

Well after going through all of my WOT logged 1/4 mile runs. It looks like this FMIC is doing a great job for IATs. With 6lbs of boost my average IAT temp is only 18 degrees above ambient. At peak which was after back to back runs at the track the temp was 25 degrees above ambient. I expect this to go up when I put the new 3.7 pulley on this week, as I'm hoping to see around 9-10lbs of boost.

So far my track times have been unsatisfactory and I need help with traction and getting rid of this damn wheel hop!! Best 60' I've been able to pull is a 2.1 on nitto 555r's and that run yielded a 12.8 @ 116mph. I've also managed to run a 12.7 @ 115 with a 2.3 60', LOL

I just tuned another one of our FMIC cars yesterday, and with the idle, you should set yours around 40 IAC counts to help out. With our 7.25 crank, and 3.4 pulley on the P1SC, I see 11.5PSI at 6100RPM. Add some running Air/Flow if they doesnt help also.

Rick

That sounds like it was my car.
