Turbo cams. What cam works best in turbo setup's isn't brought up very often in this section. I was wondering what most use for their setup and why you ordered the cam you have?
Seems like some like a large triditional split while other run a reverse split cam. Lets hear what you got and if it works.

I just orderd a fairly large cam from EPP, it should have been here fri but i am yet to recieve it. It is the same cam they used on a ttvette that made over 750rwhp i believe, but since ls1.com is down right now i cant look up the post and get the specs. I will let you know as soon as i find out.
im going with a much tamer cam for my DD 383....called up Comp and talked to Futral....looks like something in the neighborhood of 226/222 .580/.580 115....Allen told me its a good idea for the reverse split since im using 02 manifolds...but will make 650rwhp no prob.

thats a REALLY tame cam for a 346....and that +4 is really going to bring down your power band,almost too much.but i guess if he knows what hes talking about.What psi are you planning on making 700rwhp at?

I bought Mike browns old cam that he went 9.89 on in a 346 incon car. I just put down 746 dynojet with it today in my 346 incon car. it is HUGE!!! specs are 215/215 duration 567/567 lift 114lsa 
Cable, what longblock do you have? Did you dyno with Meth?
Back to topic, Terry @ Cam Motion typically reccomends smaller turbo cams, when you compare to say a supercharger cam.

Yeah, I went over the whole setup, and I dont want to be shifting much past 6200.
I think the cam is pretty well matched to my setup all in all. I think hte power will be attainable at around 15psi. If not then more. Honelsty im going to run it up as high as I can safely on pump gas. once I run out of fuel im going ot come down a bit. if its 500rwhp, then so be it.

Im going to look into a Meth kit for my new setup.......
I also need to ditch my current blower cam 230/236 .592/.602 on a 114+4 for something more turbo friendly....... anyone have any idea's for my 370ci????

TTSSZ....I dont think it will pick up anything until i figure out how to get off the line better. This was on 15.5 psi of boost. I wonder what your S2 turbos would make?!!!!
