Yep Waiting to hear back from him. I can't thank him enough. I'd like to credit him in my sig, I'll still have to fine tune it on my end but he got me through the hard part.

Kyle, Fuel filter is first start small and cheap, then volt test both the alternator and pump if the filter checks out fine. Then give up and buy two walbro 340's some braided line and do it all over again

Nahh just kidding i'll keep troubleshooting it until I get it.

0fbody0, yep been to that site when searching for info(spool and HP/TQ output) for my GT42. The supra that it links to is putting down some great numbers. I'll check on those graphs you mentioned sounds like a great resource.

The fuel pressure dives from 58psi to 20-10psi once full boost hits or I slow load the car....easing briskly into throttle and boost. I'll be working on it tomorrow and sunday and hope to have it figured out soon.

Tried the FPR both ways referenced and non referenced, its the same. I have a bad pump Now which on is bad who knows...i'll looking to do a twin intank set up with bigger feedline this time around. Keeping both pumps intank and eliminating the inline mess I have under the car....it was fun while it lasted
