Does the stock pcm allow individual cylinder fuel or ignition trims ? If so, perhaps adding some fuel, or retarding timing to no7 slightly may help prevent that sort of thing happening ?

Well that sucks you waited so long for those heads and now not long afterward this. 
I never got the same 6.0 FI heads from Jay and I blew my motor on 10lbs also, oh well this kind of crap happens. Get a new shortblock and have some fun.
