so you have to buy "Oil pump, timing chain, camshaft, pans, plates, and covers not included" and a cam and lifter and pushrods...which im sure you could manage to do with the $1600 difference

I want the 402, but my list is getting expensive. I still have not ruled it out.

can someone pm me with a place to buy a bare bones 6.0 liter iron block? I want to build my engine personally. I have never built one before, so buying one pre assembled isn't going to feel right for my project.
