Default Is this a good blower cam???

Comp 224/224 .567 .567 115 LSA On a 04'LS1 Vette and 7-8psi of boost...The car will have an A&A ati blower, Kooks 1 7/8" headers and B&B cat back...

I know split pattern cams are better. But will a single pattern cam really hurt??? Or just not be as good...

The split patterns tend to be better with F/I ( slightly longer exhaust duration ) to scavenge the exhaust gases faster and help spool a turbo quicker.
The cam looks decent for the application, drive it like ya stole it!

look for something like 224/228 or 224/230, the lift is ok but you can go higher.

Yeah, I know split pattern is better. But I found this cam local for a real good deal. I think I am going to try it...

depending on your turbo setup, too much exhaust duration will generate excessive backpressure. Many have found that reverse split cams work well on turbos for power and driveability with a correctly sized compressor.

he has a supercharger.. nothing wrong with a single pattern, it just would be more efficient with more exhaust duration.

Some cam folks like single pattern cams like that, and only go to big split cams for max effort builds.
