Default FI and after market fans

Ok I go the IFR good( well I think) The car idles real nice now. I put a set of flex-a-lite fans in and they won't turn on. They came wire together so I left them like that and wired them into the one facorty wire harness. The longer one, I think it ran to the passenger side fan. IS this wrong?

Also the car idles great but if you give it a little gas it bogs bad. What can I do to fix that?

If I'm not mistaken the factory fans have seperate power. Meaning a power and ground for each fan. I got the two seperate fans and wired them up with the factory wiring... worked like a charm. Good luck!

on the fans, the factory ones are wired in series for low speed. If you tied into only one fan plug and left the other one hanging, you have an open circuit when they try to come on.

I'm not 100% positive without looking at my notes, but you wanna tap the black and blue wires that go to the fans. That should turn your fan on when the PCM calls for low speed fans.

Matt is right the blue and white wire are what worked for me when i had a single fan on my Procharger setup. Be sure to wire them the correct way ...... i wired them backwards at first and they were blowing hot air from the engine into the radiator...... car was over heating till i switched them.....

Got it fixed today. Thanks for your help guys.

Now I got SmokinHawks tune into my car right now I just changed the IFR for my 60#'s(he has 42#) Car seems to run real smooth. I did this just to get the car running, kinda break in the new clutch and make sure the setup is working alright. Then I plan on taking it to someone (maybe RAPID MOTORSPORTS). You think I'll be alright with this? His tune was for 10psi, low timing and stuff. I don't plan on really getting into boost untill its tuned. Is there anything else besides the IFR I should change?

Now for the bad part. The turbo is getting to much oil. So I have to do what frcefed98 did and get a restricter for the feed line. I look like Cheech and Chong going down the street.

Soon.... I am selling my GMMG exhaust right now and plan on useing that money for the tune... If anyone wants a GMMG exhaust with maybe 50 miles on let me know. Its going for 100 below what the GP is selling for. But you have to pick it up.
