is that close enough for government work? you can see where the pipe hits the oil pan. bellow is what it looks like with the fastner attached.
so is that gonna be a problem? I have to send it back to get an 02 bung put on it anyway, so just need to know if i need to address that issue while im at it.
hmm ill just send him the pictures, i have to send back the pass side pipe. both would be a huge inconvenience, maybe he can just tweek the pass side from the pics.
but on a side note: my waste gate is now on the passenger side, is their a waste gate tube/dump or does it just go to atmosphere? because when i called to get this ordered i told him to get me one of those and he sounded a little confused but said sure. but it never came, so im gonna ask him (tracy) about it tomorrow when i also adress the fitment problem.

Doesnt it point down anyways? By the time that thing opens your gonna have other stuff on your mind and you wont even notice. I dont have the upgrades yet, my car is lowered and I dont think I can swing the X-over because its a DD in the summer and Mich roads are pretty bad
If you really want a dump though just buy a flange and go to a local place to have a pipe welded on like a muffler shop

IF it is touching the pan the oil inside is going to get real hot. The fit on the clamp area should be "0" before you put the clamp on... It might leak with out a bit a fudgeing and nudgeing... Nice welds.
